Filipino-Australian Military Marches at ANZAC Parade


If you happen to live in the Blacktown (Western Suburbs) area, you must have seen the 30 April issue of the Blacktown Advocate. Pictured prominently are Filipino-Australian military, who also happens to be Freemasons, Bro Rick Palenzuela (retired) and FC Bro Tom Baena.

Also FilMasons retired Philippine military are former FilMason President, Bro Tony Subijano, WBro Rudy Romerosa, Bro Jun Capili and FC Bro Carl "Samboy" Bucoy. Not to mention the current Philippine Ambassador to Australia, H. E., Bro Ernesto H. De Leon.

The Fil Masons congratulates all who marched at ANZAC 2008 parade, especially our Fil Masons. We are proud that they belong to this rare breed of professional soldiers, whether retired or still in active duty; who put their lives in harms way to protect the freedom we have. Well done and certaintly we won't forget!
